I always drop in at Cape Cod Crossfit when I'm in town visiting my wife's family. Â The facility is awesome, they have tons of equipment and an incredible amount of space. Â I have been to huge classes where you feel like you'll never bump into anyone or run out of particular pieces of equipment which is awesome. Â The programming is great and the coaches are friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. Â Definitely drop in here if you haven't already, or join if you live close by and want to get in the best shape of your life. More...

I dropped in three times last week while on vacation, and it was the perfect way to start each day. The space was great, the WOD's were fun & challenging, and the trainers were hands-on and incredibly helpful (walking the class through each exercise, correcting forms during the WOD, and scaling down exercises as needed).
