We have been to crossfit gyms all around the world for many years, and have to say Coach Jeff's Crossfit Allure is one of the best we have ever been to. They refer to themselves as a boutique crossfit gym, and that's very accurate. There are small classes and you get a lot of 1on1 time with the coach. He and his family are so welcoming. Knowledgeable, friendly, and really fun! His workouts are not over complicated, but really pack a punch. Sadly we moved, we wish that CF Allure was in every city we live in. Will be dropping in whenever we can. Please stop by and give them a try. More...
