We offer our regular CrossFit classes as well as personal training. Personal training sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes and solely based on the needs of the client.

I have to admit I was extremely skeptical going into this, because I am the least athletic person you could find. However, I have been SO impressed with this program and marvel at how much I actually DON'T HATE IT! Chris and staff are great to work with, always available to offer help, tips, and alternatives. I love CrossFit 1108! Chis has been so helpful explaining exercises/movements that I am not familiar with. All of the members are very friendly and I feel great after every workout. ...trying something new can be intimidating and scary but I have never felt that at CrossFit 1108! If you have never tried CrossFit, I would like to encourage you to come check it out......and if you already do CrossFit I still encourage you to come out to CrossFit 1108! This has been great for me! A way more efficient & effective use of my limited time available to workout than I can come up with on my own. I look forward to each session and the results I am seeing keep me motivated to continue on and push harder. Chris does an excellent job designing, instructing, and guiding you through the workouts and is very accommodating to folks who might have mobility restrictions due to prior injuries, and is quick to offer alternative movements when needed in those situations. highly recommend trying it out! Great staff with lots of experience in helping an individual to achieve personal goals or even just feel better about themselves. Exercise techniques that can push you and reward you. But if by chance there is a physical reason for not being able to perform the exercise, alternative techniques that work the same muscle groups are encouraged. I always worked out on my own for years as well as ran consistently. I was skeptical about CrossFit at first but now look forward to days where i get to workout there. The accountability along with a variable workout routine is great for improving flexibility and dynamic cardio capacity. I’ve always lifted so the strength component was not new to me... but the focus on core and lower body strength was for sure something I needed to incorporate into my workouts. Where do I begin? I have been a member of crossfit 1108 for over 2 years, and the combination of the workouts with the exceptional help from the amazing instructor (Chis) are top notch. I am constantly challenged to improve on technique, flexibility, strength, and mobility. I have only repeated a workout a couple of times, and it was the "named" workouts such as "fran". I love the unique personalites and different array of people: all ages, careers, styles, etc. We all push each other, praise each other, and help each other. This is a safe zone: no judgement zone : just simple people encouraging each other on their personal journey to their personal goals no matter what the goal is... you want somewhere to hangout?crossfit 1108. You want to get into shape no matter what shape you are in right now?: crossfit 1108. You want to have encouragers that are excited when you acheive a goal no matter how small or big you think it is? crossfit 1108. You need therapy?: crossfit 1108. I have always said that crossfit 1108 is my therapy. It is! During the last 2 years of being a member, I have cried, cussed, and laughed during workouts. Sometimes all 3. I have felt astonished at myself and how amazing our bodies really are, and then on the opposite side: I have felt defeated at times.. but I keep coming back. Maybe its insanity, but the simple truth is it makes me feel good... physically and mentally. I was not able to do a pushup(man style), pull up, and had no clue about weight( thats for men right?)... fast forward to now: I can do that plus more. My suggestion: 1. talk to Chris. 2. Come to class 3. If you like it: keep coming. If you don't: find what works for you.... this is about YOU! YOUR BODY! YOUR HEALTH! But I ,personally, would love to see you. P.S. if you do come: I'll be the one cussing the instructor, praying, and acting overdramatic over every workout. But I will be your biggest fan... I promise! More...

I have been a member of 1108 for almost 2 years now. This isn’t just a gym, it is a family. Chris is an amazing coach who can scale workouts for any skill level. I have had six knee surgeries and I can do things now that I never thought I would be able to do again. My wife attends classes with me and has lost 45 lbs. over the past year. She loves it too. Where to start? This is a flipping fantastic place to get into shape, push yourself, make new goals, and find strength you didn’t know you had. The best part is the people that make up the gym community; couldn’t ask for a more supportive group to be around. Coach is great, attentive to everyone therefore you won’t feel lost about what to do or how you can improve. It doesn’t matter who you are or what shape you are in. Fearing not being able to keep up or it’ll just be too hard? I assure you, it isn’t. Coach is great at scaling it to your abilities, be it a past injury or working your way up to a pushup. I started going to Cross fit 1108 and in just a few short weeks I saw great results. Very friendly family atmosphere. I recently got into a pair of jeans that I wore before my pregnancy! !!! I'm not gonna lie, I was scared (& lazy) to try it...and now it has become an addiction. I love everything about CrossFit 1108. ..the environment, the people and the WOD. I can definitely say that it's changing me physically and mentally, I have more confidence in myself, I push myself to do things that I never knew my body could do. is simply just a fun place to hang out. I feel much stronger all-around and
feel like part of the crossfitt1108 family - thank you Chris! The instructor
"Chris" is extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome gym to be
around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. No matter if your goal
is to simply stay fit during vacation or to train like a hardcore athlete,

Very apprehensive, I started with the beginners class in January. After the first workout, I knew that I had made a good decision. . did I feel sore the next day? Yes, but it is worth it. The classes do challenge you(that's the point of a good workout... no pain, no gain) but at the end of each one, I walk out feeling like Rocky Balboa smiling all the way to the car because I made it. With each class, I feel stronger. On top of physical change, I have more mental clarity. With the high demands of life, this is one place where those demands of work, home, school, etc. Leave and it is just you showing yourself what an amazing creation the human body is and can do. Best therapy in town. Yes, I said therapy.. that's how I see it... my therapy sessions.
Chris is a wonderful instructor and he makes sure that form is kept and maintained throughout (especially important with any workout). I feel like I get a personal trainer during each class. He does not "just throw someone to the dogs". He takes the time to teach. He works with each person's fitness level from couch potato to experienced gym junkie. I can't wait to see what results the future holds.
