Stopped in today at this place and man ill tell ya. Top Tier BBQ right in Addison. I spelled the BBQ in the air a block away driving down the street . First time was well greeted and decided to get a 2 meat plate with the Brisket Burnt Ends and Smoke Chicken with MacNcheese and Baked Beans. We were there this morning @ 10 am and it was excellent. Good portions and all the servings were correct temps. I had brisket, sausage, ribs, baked beans and hominy. It was all fresh and delicious. Really like the bark on the brisket. It was smoky with a very unique flavor. Tim and Damien, we will definitely be back. Keep smokin'!! Be Blessed More...

Sorry no pic, but the Big Boy platter(s) looked so good, dove right in...and they did not disappoint. Amazing burst of different flavors coming out of everthing. ..which incl moist and bit o spicy delish brisket, black molasses pulled pork, juicy tender turkey and the ribs...yumm. all the way complimented with sides you have not tasted anywhere else..well I havent... bbq beans, epazote herbed creamy hominy 《GREAT alternative to Mac n cheese...need that recipe》to the miso honey ginger cole slaw! Did I say delish! and... a lil lagniappe when we were almost done..some delish cookies to calm the oh so right burn in my throat and palette! forgot the house made rolls to put my pork on..perfect. and nice selection of pickles and pickled items along with sauces to dress the food. This place is great. We took our kids and met another family there. The selection is awesome; my son especially appreciated the salmon. Everything we tried—ribs, sausage, burnt ends, mac & cheese, hominy, etc.—was fantastic. (I myself didn’t try the brisket, but one of the people we were with did and said it was good.) Got the chance to visit Crossbuck while visiting Dallas and it was beyond delicious! My mouth was watering the second I stepped inside. Even as a vegetarian they had a couple of tasty options. One of their amazing Chefs created this tofu dish! The staff is very helpful, fun and welcoming. Overall the atmosphere and the food is definitely at 10 out of 10. I ate at this place on Monday and it was their first day in the building and I must say the brisket, sausage, pulled pork and macaroni and cheese were all the stars of the menu! I love their barbecue sauce which is on the sweet side. My wife and I were visiting the Dallas area for the WWE event and we are also travel agency owners and we loved every single piece of food that came from that place! The only thing I will say is my wife Makes some excellent banana pudding and it will go really good with the menu! (LOL) Other than that it was wonderful and I will definitely be returning soon!
