Beyond outstanding! We had floors replaced in our home and the installers did a very poor job of protecting the areas of our home that were not being worked on. (There was construction dust to the furthest corner of our upstairs and we were only having the downstairs worked on).  I was so frustrated and so I called Crisp Cleaning. Rebecca answered my call and scheduled a walk thru. From the very beginning, she was an absolute professional. She was considerate of our home, our health, and the immediate need for help. She arranged a crew within less than 48 hours. They arrived on time, worked smart with their allotted time and also went above and beyond. They did not just wipe the dust, they tended to every detail and made it feel like home again. We had some post construction cleaning along with some detail work, and the photos speak for themselves. Rebecca's team was absolutely stellar. I have been using Crisp Cleaning for several months to help maintain our 2000 sq ft house. I could not be happier with the results. Rebecca (the owner) is a sweetheart and a real pleasure to deal with. Mikail and his crew (who do the actual cleaning) are very professional and do a great job. Plus he is quite intelligent and speaks perfect American English! We trust our house to them so we are often not home when they clean.  But when we are home they are very courteous and respectful... and ask about any special concerns or questions. I want to thank Rebecca and her staff at Crisp Cleaning for an amazing job last Wednesday, April 12th.  I had one day off last week and wanted to treat my husband and myself to a clean house.  We have a 7 year old boy and things tend to get a bit dirty.  Rebecca's staff was extremely detailed.  My shower has NEVER looked this clean, not even when we moved in.  I was so excited to show my husband what a great job Crisp Cleaning did for us.  I can't wait to call Rebecca again and have her staff come back.  I highly recommend Crisp Cleaning for your home cleaning needs. I hired Crisp Cleaning (Rebecca owner) to do a post construction clean and they were amazing!  I had tile removed and there was a super fine white chalky dust almost like powder on everything and in every cabinet.  The construction crew cleaned it once, but this stuff just kept coming back.  The air was simply full of this dust, so it made it very difficult to breath. Rebecca and team came in and dusted, vacuumed, & mopped every surface inside & out over & over until this dust was gone.  When they were done and I returned even the air was remarkably cleaner.  Rebecca is super picky and that is who you want cleaning your house...think white glove lady!  I would recommend Crisp Cleaning to all of my friends.  Thank you ladies. I've actually had the opportunity to evaluate many house cleaners in the past and have been looking for a worthy candidate that I  could happily attach my name to when referring to my clients. I found the Gals at "Crisp Cleaning" to be exceptional at their abilities to make a house sparkle again and was impressed with their knowledge  of the different methods necessary to clean various surfaces without damaging them, like hard wood floors and painted surfaces. The first thing I noticed was how personable and friendly they were to everyone working around them. The house they were cleaning was right near the ocean in Carlsbad and all the base boards had a thick build up of salt and grime that they managed to clean off with ease. They worked side by side covering every sq inch so that no spot got missed. They are hard working, a pleasure to be around and do an excellent detailed job! Rebecca and her team did a deep cleaning on my home yesterday. Rebecca is awesome and her team was very friendly. My roommate and I ran errands and worked on the garage while they were at work, they moved furniture, took apart my oven to clean streaks on the glass, rearranged some of my odds and ends, my house is immaculate! We just had our home cleaned by Crisp Clean! They did an awesome job!  The whole family was pleased. Even our puppy! The best I have been able to find. The cleaners are respectful of my odd requests: using the attachment on the baseboards each cleaning (we have two golden retrievers), using our vacuum attachment on the couch (again the goldens), and not dusting a set of floating shelves we have because I don't trust the anchoring for their safety. Life happens, so if they are running just a few minutes behind, I am notified. They have never been late or a no-show. I have had to reschedule several times due to going out of town and other events and the owner is always willing to work with me. She is also very responsive to calls and texts.The cleaners all set right to work when they arrive and I have NEVER seen them waste time. There is always a cleaner that has been here before for continuity. We aren't dirty or messy, but we "live" in our house. It is always noticeably cleaner when they leave, and doesn't smell like the dogs. The little extra touches are appreciated, such as folding the toilet paper on the roll, tying our robes hanging in the bathroom, and organizing a basket of toiletries in the bathroom. These aren't requested, nor would I have ever thought of them, but it shows the pride they have in their work. The best part is that I can communicate with all of the  staff (read: speaks English)! Hands down the best cleaning company you will EVER find. I love Rebecca so much that I convinced her to make the drive to LA to continue cleaning my home once I moved from SD. Unfortunately that only lasted so long due to the amount of time it took her to commute back and forth and now I've been left to search high and low for a company or person that even comes close to cleaning as thoroughly as she did. Happy Wife , Happy Life- so they say...I hired Crisp Cleaning to clean my house and get my house  "Sale Ready"  My wife was stressing out about getting our house cleaned in a timely manner and getting it done right the first time. I have been looking for a new company to assist me with my domestic duties. Like most of us who are looking for help, it's the finer details and bigger home jobs that bog me down, and in my opinion, take too much of my down time. Things like baseboards, all the flooring, tubs, etc.I know there are tons of cleaning services around, but I am choosy about who I have in my home, especially since I am not here when they are. I wanted someone insured, easy to communicate with, open to using non-toxic products, and honest. I met with Rebecca, the owner, and she walked through the house with me, took the time to ask pointed questions about what are needs are, or aren't, to make sure he service is tailored to us. The pricing, terms, and scheduling process was straightforward and friendly! The pricing wasn't the cheapest you will find, but the service is above average. I'm Ok paying more if I am getting more. I had my first cleaning today and was totally fine with what I paid!! I felt amazing when I came in the house after crisp was here today. All baseboards done, details attended to. They took time and got all the lime spots off the shower- that's a lot of work! All items were picked up and cleaned under, not just wiped around.
