We didn't get the passcodes for the home we purchased from the previous owners. I didn't care much until a day when I had to replace a battery in a window sensor and the alarm went off and I didn't know how to disarm it. I contacted a few Security Systems companies via Yelp and CRISP was the first to respond. Ricardo followed up quickly and often and was open to a little negotiation. We set a time and his colleague came EARLY (imagine that) and was polite. He asked if he should take his shoes off and he immediately went to work on the control panels. He had to hard reset the system and test it out. He explained to me how to arm, disarm, and reset. He also explained a few things that I had no idea about. He gave me a battery that I'd need to buy to replace the sensor batteries in the future.Being a relatively new homeowner in the South Bay, I've had my fair share of both good and bad service providers. I cannot say enough good things about this company.  They are highly professional and THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!  I searched high and low for a local, reputable company that could take what I already owned in audio/video equipment and streamline all of it so an idiot like me could work my system!  Ricardo worked with what I had - some new pieces and some very old.  He didn't try to sell me more equipment than what I needed (one item).  He came to the house, looked at everything and I told him what I wanted my system to do.  He got back to me within a day with a clear, concise and reasonable estimate.  The following day, he sent two of his amazing technicians to my home and in a couple of hours, everything was foolproof!  I am a perfectionist, and sometimes not easy to satisfy, so believe me when I say that Crisp Audio and Video is the BEST!!! Richie and Louis did a great job installing a new Denon receiver, modem, Apple TV, amplifier and other equipment. They were able to use my existing speakers inside and outside the house to save me a little money. The pricing was very reasonable and they showed up exactly when scheduled with all the equipment needed to finish the job. Very clean installation. First let me say that I am a senior who is totally lost when it comes to the tech world. I've had a flat screen TV, a sound bar and a universal remote for three years that I've never been able to work properly. In fact, the only thing that I needed was lots of personal instruction on how to work everything.     I emailed several AV businesses over the weekend requesting "lessons". Richie, the owner of Crisp AV, was the only business that responded and he did so immediately. We set up an appointment for that Tuesday, when Richie told me that he would be sending his son Bryan.     Bryan promptly showed up on Tuesday. He was smartly dressed, clean and very polite. He spent two hours programming my remote and simultaneously teaching me every step. He also diligently worked on the sound bar that had a connection problem. We went over things several times and in the end, he went over everything again to make sure that I understood. He even fixed my printer. Bryan was very knowledgeable, pleasant and most importantly patient with me. I didn't feel embarrassed  that I didn't know what he was talking about.   Tuesday night, after Bryan left, Richie emailed me to say thank you and checked to see if I was happy with the service and that all my issues were resolved. Great follow-up.      I'm so excited now that I can finally use my TV.. These guys do outstanding work! Richie, Brian, and Robert were beyond professional. Our house was prewired by another company that we ended up parting ways with due to their lack of professionalism, and Crisp came in and turned a giant negative into a positive. They cleaned up all of the prewiring mess, and set up a system that my friends and family now envy. I had been suffering with very poor WiFi coverage in my home for several years.  I don't have an attic or crawl space to run ethernet . .. so I was stuck with WiFi "extenders".  These extenders worked on and off .... much to my frustration.Ricardo met me at my house to walk the job and discuss options.  I had not idea that you could convert telephone ports into data ports.  This was the option we went with.  Ricardo and team installed 4 data ports, 4 access points and several gigabit switches.  I now have BLAZING WiFi internet speeds from the far back of the yard to across the street at my neighbors driveway.  I could not be happier.  This was the affordable permanent solution that I had been looking for.Ricardo and I are now discussing other projects...and I'm looking forward to those solutions.In summary, CRISP A/V is a great company, very helpful and friendly and they did a fabulous job.
