How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Assess where you are currently in order to come up with a proper plan "together" that fits your goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency is key, no other way around it. As long as things continue to challenge you while keeping a certain level of fun with your fitness, that is crucial for success in my book.
What do you love most about your job?
I truly love seeing people excited about getting closer to what makes them happy through physical fitness. Whether it be losing some weight or being able to do a push up when to start they couldn't hold up their own body weight. People achieving what they desire in fitness is the ultimate high too me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love being able to do things my way. I've worked for gyms that monitor my time to build relationships with my clients(people). Building trust takes different time with everyone. Sometimes an extra five minutes can be the difference someone may need to change their entire day. The freedom to do so is a major reason why I am in control of what I do.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am an honest person before I am a fitness trainer. I would rather have you achieve your goals through our time together and eventually not need my assistance to continue to do so rather than count you as money in my pocket every month. I will always give you 100% if you promise to give me the same. And lastly, no matter what fitness with me will always be FunFitness.
