I have work for this company a long time ago and decide to come back and work a event management was good the pay at this security company was up to par and pays better than a lot of security company so I recommend if you're looking for a unarmed position don't hesitate to give them a call management and office staff and supervisors was great but for me I just worked that weekend but I have work for them before and I have always enjoyed working for them even though it was totally hot working in the Sun but that goes with part of the job

So, I live in 1540 place apt in Murfreesboro. Crimson is the security my apartment uses and I’m giving it a 3.. why? Half of them are amazing and actually care about our well-being and half of them are rude and disrespectful and don’t care. Roy: very rude and disrespectful. Big boy attitude. Shines bright flashlights and checks residents identification. “If we have a parking pass we should be waved through” Made me cry, he told me to slow down and I was going probably 7 that’s 2 miles over the speed limit but I just had come off of new lascassass highway. Sometimes you have to go fast to even get in there’s a lot of traffic on that highway. He gave the a filthy look and had a puffy attitude like he was going to pull me out of my car. I’m going to suggest we get rid of this company. I’ve lived here for 4 years and I’m not going anywhere. This isn’t going to fly. I don’t trust him to watch the premises while I sleep. He is just not security material. Military sure! But he was very mad and hostel. I do not know her name but she has red hair always pulled back, kinda short, always smiles! She is wonderful. I can’t say enough about her. She has done a lot this past year and doesn’t get enough credit. She is just straight up good at her job. Always there, nice to the residents, doesn’t let anyone do what they aren’t supposed to. There’s others that I haven’t conversed with but they just wave people thru and don’t even check anything. I’ve seen them constantly wave until the whole line is over. It’s unsafe. Granted the apartments when I moved in were horrible but they have improved but the security is what’s my problem. It’s not ok. Please take into consideration the residents safety and we live here. You all come to work and leave. Most of us are mtsu students. Be nice and just do your job correctly. I loved working for Crimson Security, the only issue that I ever experienced was with another officer and that ended up being resolved. SS Bell was probably the biggest influence. She was very professional and I developed many skills while working under her management. Having her as my supervisor only helped me succeed as an officer. Our Crimson officers were a HUGE help. They were very quick to do what was asked and called immediately if they had a question. The event ran SO smoothly with limited parking and lots of people. When a few guests were out of hand, they stepped in and handled it without even being told. I only found out about the guests AFTER the fact because they handled it professionally and immediately. DON'T HIRE CRIMSON SECURITY. They're too cheap to provide their guards with the necessary tools to get the job done and would rather demote their best, hardest working employees than take a good hard look at their methods and realize that they are flawed. For example, if you have a large site that needs constant surveillance- as in a car circling the property 24/7- and the car needs routine maintenance, they will act as though any problems with the car are the guards' fault instead of just the cost of doing business. Because of this, they drive away decent employees and can barely keep any site fully staffed at any given time. They expect their site supervisors to fill out tedious, useless reports online while on the job, but don't provide them with a computer/tablet/phone/ANYTHING to get this done, or approve the overtime necessary to both finish reports and perform the other duties of the job. In short, this is a greedy little corporation run by small, selfish people. It will inevitably fail. You'd be better off getting a dog to guard whatever it is that needs guarding. More...

Our company was founded by 2 full time firefighters who saw the need to deliver a more personalized service to clients. With their experience in emergency services and a combined 20 plus years in the security industry on their days off from the Fire Department, Brandon Sasser and Nick Johns bring not only their knowledge of security operations, but, also, emergency services aspects to the training of our officers.
