Kids are running this place. Wait time was told 20 minutes waited 1 hour then another 45 for our food. Food was cold dry tasteless and hash browns were not even cooked. Used to be a great place. Phone rang the entire 2 hours and no one bothered to answer it. Nose ring girl stood around doing nothing but blocking the swinging door playing with the bus boy. I've been going to this cafe for a while, when I have work in Crestline. I always feel welcome and it's a great atmosphere. The cafe is experiencing employee shortages. I called in a order of a steak sandwich with fries and a Chef salad, it took over a hour, it had been sitting on the counter where the servers get food ready, I said something paid and left with the bag of food, getting home with no salad, had to go back and wait even longer, I complained and all the server said was sorry. pretty sad when they were not even busy More...

Great experience at Crestline Cafe. We are from out of town, and stopped in for breakfast. The waitresses at Crestline cafe were great, my son (who has special needs) was having a meltdown and they were so accommodating by cooking the kids food first and offering toys to keep them calm, and just being overall Friendly. the staff is super friendly, the food is amazing! we had the Reuben sandwich and the pastrami was amazing and also ordered the patty melt with grilled onions, those sandwiches were fresh and awesome from start to finish

Every time I come here, Crestline Cafe does not disappoint! Their food is always amazing and comforting. The staff is always nice, accommodating, and fast service. This place can get packed but I’ve never had an issue with receiving my order in a timely matter. I’ve tried multiple items on their menu, which has a good variety to pick from, and I absolutely love their food! Got food today and was given a special treat from Amber the manager. A chocolate covered Oreo (not made by the restaurant), but it was so sweet and made my day! I’m so glad this restaurant is up here on our local mountain!!! Thank you to all staff at Crestline Cafe!
