This was my first experience with a life coach. Erika was very easy to work with and made me feel comfortable and not judged. She sent me weekly readings and motivational tips, which was helpful between sessions. Her knowledge of psychology is helpful and I love the way she shares her personal experiences that are so relatable. Will continue working with her as I'm going through a career change. Highly recommend her coaching services. More...
Recently Erika helped me work through a project that I just started for my company. In my difficulties to get beyond a couple of hurdles, Erika asked thoughtful questions, and had superb suggestions for me to work through the tangles. My favorite thing that she said to me, in a nurturing yet stern voice was, " sometimes you need to push yourself out of your comfort zone". Erika, my personal cheer coach!!! More...
Erika responded promptly to my email through her website and I worked with her as a life coach. She is a good listener and helped me with anxiety, and work and relationship related stresses. I ask her for homework and she is good at suggesting activities to help me. Very thankful for her guidance. Thank you! More...
