Very grateful for Jim and the team at Creative Florist. I live out of town and was requesting a very specific arrangement for a funeral in Rego Park. After many denies from other online florists about a custom arrangement , I spoke to Jim on the phone and he went above and beyond to help fulfill this task. He went out of his way to pick up a picture frame from Walgreens, sent me images to verify it was my order, and created an absolutely beautiful arrangement with blue and red flowers around the frame. All done and delivered in two day for a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be using him again and would highly recommend Creative Florist to anyone in the area or from out of town looking for a local florist. Jimmy did a superb job with my floral funeral srrangement. I sent him a picture of an arrangement I liked from another florist and it was perfect. The arrangement he made for me was actually larger and at a substantially more reasonable cost. He even went to the funeral home prior to confirm delivery. This company went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I was in a rush to grab some last minute flowers so I googled for something local. I gave them a call after browsing their website and they were able to have my floral bouquet ready in time. Over the phone, they were very honest about the floral availability (in store) and how the final product would look in comparison to what is shown in their website.
