Welcome! I am glad you are here. I am an Executive Leadership Coach (for over 20 years) with a focus on management, life transitions, and leadership for women. We work together (I am a certified co-active professional coach) and start with building awareness, both of yourself and of your impact on those around you. Awareness leads to choice, leads to creating the life you want. This includes building confidence, communication skills, seeing your (and others’) assumptions, determining goals and strategies to reach them, and balancing all of the pushes and pulls. I share what I’ve learned from those I have coached and my own experience. No hiding here!!! I will ask you the questions you won’t ask yourself. I’ll give you assignments. This is your journey, and I am just a touch point for you. I am intuitive and will connect with you on multiple levels.

I am excited to work with you. I find you are the best client (and I’m the best coach) in the first 6 months. I don’t want to become your best friend that you have a chat with every few weeks. This is work! I suggest every week or two for the first three months, followed by 1-2 times in month 4-6. I charge $100/call. The initial agreement is for $500. Calls are 45-60 minutes long. I ask that you complete a very short prep form so we can hit the ground running.

The business side is not my favorite, but it has to be transparent. I look forward to doing the real work – building on your strengths and understanding/addressing your challenges. Reach out if this resonates!
