1. Free Consultation
An initial phone consultation will take place to discuss details of your project.

2. Receive Proposal
You will receive a proposal which covers the scope of work, expected timeline, estimate, and client/designer expectations.

3. Return Signed Proposal
If any modifications of the proposal are requested an amended version will be sent. Once the proposal is finalized, sign all required areas and return.

4. Receive Initial Invoice
Once the signed proposal is received, an invoice will be sent. A minimum of 50% must be paid before work on your project will begin.

5. Project Added To Work Flow
After your payment has processed, your project will be added to my work flow. You will receive periodic updates to review the progress of your project.

6. Design Presentation
A conference call will be held for a design presentation. Any desired modifications mentioned at this time will be billed outside of the original proposal.

7. Receive Final Invoice
A final invoice will be sent. This will include the balance from the initial invoice and any additional fees from changes outside of the proposal.

8. Receive Art Files
All art files will be prepared and sent to you via a Google Drive link for you to upload and store on your own server or device.
