Where do I begin, I had the pleasure of working with Karen planning my daughter’s wedding! Karen and her staff were nothing but professional , proficient and very organized during the planning process. The facility is great it comes with a bridal and a groom suite the suite is equipped with showers and several bathrooms for the bridal party the food is excellent and the staff is Marvelous if I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t change anything! Wow! In short, Karyn and the entire Creative Catering team are the BEST of the best. Our wedding reception was absolutely amazing. Andrew is a phenomenal chef and we had Italian, New Yorkers saying that the chicken Marsala was the best they ever had. Our room at the St. Lucie Trail looked amazing. Our Wedding was 4/27 and I must give a BIG thank you to Karyn and her staff for an exceptional day! These guys were out of this world amazing! The crew went above and beyond to make our day perfect! They kept me super calm the whole way through, let us visit the venue as much as we wanted, let us ask 5,000 questions lol. The food was absolutely delicious, hot and plenty for everyone. They also treated all of our guest very well. In fact, a few days later I received so much positive feedback from our guest on how well the staff attended them. Creative Catering is the only option! I was a very nervous bride and Karyn Boyd walked me through everything with a smile and always available. ..The food was absolutely delicious. Karen and Colleen have put on a fantastic event for Pinnacle Association Management’s Vendor Fair this morning. As a vendor Colleen welcomed me and made sure I knew who to and where to turn for assistance. The set up was spacious and comfortable. Attendees were able to visit everyone easily.The breakfast was great, variety made it easy for everyone to choose. The coffee was good, hot and available. Karyn and her team were awesome! We had our daughter's bat mitzvah this past Saturday night and everything was flawless. From the day we booked, the communication was perfect. Everything I asked for was done. Susan the manager and the staff were amazing, they tended to my every need Saturday night. The food was amazing as expected! Everything ran smoothly and on time. It was truly a privilege having my wedding catered by Creative Catering. The food is absolutely amazing! We had a a pretty large wedding of about 300 guests, and they handled it so professionally. Creative catering catered our wedding this past weekend and they made sure everything was perfect for us. Karyn and her staff took great care of us and made sure everything ran smoothly and we couldn’t have done it without them. All of our guests have been ranting and raving about the food. A long overdue review! Karyn, her staff and family went above and beyond in helping my children and myself pull off a Surprise 75th Birthday Party for my husband and their father in January. The food was phenomenal, the service incredible, I felt as though they were a part of our family celebrating with us! They are truly a gem! Everyone in attendance raved about the venue and the evening and most of all the food! Six months later, I still have people coming up to me and talking about the party. She is absolutely the best in the business, My wife and I had our wedding at Creative Catering Banquet Hall a few weeks ago on December 23 and it was absolutely spectacular thanks to Karyn and Chef Andrew. She assisted us throughout the year long planning and gave us total piece of mind. The facility is beautiful and well maintained, the staff is friendly and attentive and the food was perfect every detail from the sauces to the quality and presentation was amazing thanks to Chef Andrew. Pricing was also reasonable. I work in the hospitality industry with premier properties such as Trump Doral and PGA National but was just blown away a high level of service . Geri Biles annual "Little Christmas" party took place on Saturday, 1/6/18. The banquet hall was decorated beautifully with center piece candelabra's & ambiance lighting. The staff was phenomenal from the servers to the most talented chef with his delicious cuisine. And of course Karyn, the manager who exceeded our expectations with the entire event.
