What do you love most about your job?
After years of working for fortune 100 companies and helping expand their footprint and market share across the country, culture became paramount over achievement. Supporting all facets of franchise and agency launching it became apparent that the way to impact the heavy importance on numbers due to waste reduction strategies versus people and communities was my passion. We work to bring large corporation practices to small and mid-sized organizations looking for strong foundations and expansion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Creating and supporting growth and distribution strategies wasn't as satisfying as seeing the results of big projects that helped people's lives. After planning and carrying out the largest non-profit project in a 500+ billion-dollar organization and realizing that it wasn't a priority, I realized that the only way to fix the major problems I had found was to start an organization that would change the way business is done.
