From the outside, you couldn't tell what restaurant is it because the window are tinted. Once you go in, it's a totally different atmosphere. It's a lively restaurant.Thomas our server and he is great. That busy night, he was running around and make sure all customers are happy and satisfied.To be honest, I would give it a 3 stars for the food, but Thomas added another half a star, and since yelp won't allow half star, I'll give it a four star. The pizza we got wasn't as good as we thought. It was not hot as expected, the flavor of the Margherita sauce and the pizza dough was meh. Nothing special or too good about the food. The price for value was off just because I personally don't think there's anything special about the pizza or fries. It's great they have tons of options for beer, but the price is slightly expensive.Overall I might go elsewhere. More...

Craftsman is our favorite spot for fresh & creative pizzas! The Bacon & Arugula is by far our fave...my husband & I fight over the last slice. And we always start off with the Sweet Potato Chips that’s served with a delicious pumpkin dipping sauce. The restaurant is always clean & the service is excellent. Went into Craftsman last night for the $5 beers and had THE best service by my waitress Johanna! She was friendly, knowledgeable and never left us feeling unattended, despite the busy rush hour we arrived in. I noticed they were perhaps a bit short staffed but thanks to her service and the friendly staff on the floor we will be coming back! A great place. I was greeted immediately warmly by a very cheerful bartender (I did not get her name), she took my order promptly and there was a short wait for the food. I ordered the slow roasted tri tip sandwich. This meat melts in your mouth, it always so tender. I usually get the garlic fries, but this time I tried the potato chips. I won't do that again. Definitely coming back here! Came here for date night, decided to try this place out per a friend's recommendation. By pure coincidence, they had a great deal on beers, $5 for a draft beer on Thursdays! We then proceeded to order the Spinach Artichoke dip and their Super pizza. HANDS DOWN BEST SPINACH DIP EVER! We added a little bit of chili flakes on it to add a slight kick, and that made it even better! Their super was basically a meat lover's pizza, and as self-proclaimed pizza connoisseurs, this was the best thin crust pizza we've had! The sauce was tasty and flavorful, the bacon flavor permeated throughout the entire pizza. Only thing was that the crust could have been a little crispier, but that downside was not enough to knock it down a star in the reviews.Service was good, Â no complaints. Came here after a 6 hour drive to town. Came for a Disneyland vacation. This place was right down the street from my sisters so decided to give it a try. Seemed slow for a Saturday afternoon but better for us. The good:- restaurant is clean- servers seemed eager to help...or bored we had two servers come up to us to try and help us- got seated right as we walked in- not sure if he is the owner or manager but while eating he came to ask if everything was okay with out foodThe okay:-food was just that...okayThe ugly:-manager/owner & employees yelling at each other across the room (in a joking manner not arguing) I get they are having a good time at work but I'm it in to hearing others conversations loud and clear while I'm eating. - the price is feel is not good for what you get. ($45+ tip (including a $5 coupon) so would have been $50 for one pizza, two kids meals including their drinks, and 2 drinks) I would more than likely not return to this establish only for the fact the food was not worth it for me. Very good pizza! I love the letterman and my wife gets the kbbq fusion. The service is ok and some of the workers just chill while you are literally ordering take out. Decided to try this Pizzeria in our neighborhood. We usually drive by it but made it point to actually eat there. When we showed up it was almost empty, but after our order was taken it started getting pretty busy. We ordered a custom pizza, a Margherita pizza and to start the Bruschetta. Our Santa Maria Tri- Tip and Baby Back Ribs are two of our best dishes that our guests really enjoy.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We invite our clients to our restaurant in order to sample food and to understand the needs of the client. We have a checklist of items that we review, including any special dietary restrictions, and create a menu that works into the budget of the client.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction of taking care of people. Food is a social event, when people gather to share their day, the moment, the experience. I love being a part of that and enjoy making the moment as memorable as possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After nearly 25 years of working for corporate entities, I always felt that I could provide a better, more personal experience. Taking on my own challenges, working to improve the quality and value of the operation, while setting my own course of action, is what it is all about.
