Craft Salon

I HATE leaving bad reviews as I am a business owner myself, but after seeing similar complaints on Google reviews about the same stylist who chopped my hair, I have to warn other people as they have tried to! First off the salon is in a building completely hidden behind another and extremely hard to find, even harder to park in the lot. I drive a large SUV and their set up is near impossible to get to. So I seen Jessica "ghost" for a cut and color, I have (HAD) long mid-butt length hair, and the first thing I joked about when sitting down was "I want a trim without losing any length"... Obviously that was a joke but I made it apparent I was already dreading even the smallest trim. I then said "maybe an inch" as she proceeds to cut OVER 3 INCHES off of my ends and says "I think I cut probably closer to 2 and a half inches but it looks so much better now"...... UMMMM EXCUSE ME WHAT This woman took off 3 years of GROWTH of my hair because she thought it was HER IDEA OF BETTER?! I CRIED ALL THE WAY HOME GUYS.... I have had my hair trimmed so many times and a stylist is supposed to SLOWLY trim long hair until the client is comfortable with the length to AVOID CUTTING TOO MUCH. I feel like I have only read about this in horror stories, I can't believe it actually happened to me. My hair is now just barely reaching the end of my back... This may seem like a small deal to some but to my ladies with long locks who nuture them and took years of growing their hair... This is a huge cut to my confidence and the thing I loved most on my body. The color I had done was also nothing amazing, not beautiful like the pictures I was asking for but I'm so heart broken about my length I don't even care about the color of my hair any more. More...
