Tonight I was in Galesburg so decided to try the Craft in a recommendation. The atmosphere is very modern and elegant. The staff was amazing, some of the most professional and friendly bartenders anywhere. And the food was outstanding. I had the crab bisque which was one of the best I’ve ever had. Followed by the clam fettuccine which was done perfectly. Wouldn’t change a thing about the meal and will defiantly be back on my next trip! More...

10/10 love the romantic and upscale atmosphere at Craft! We have been twice and each time have really enjoyed the succulent Oysters Rockefeller. We also had a seasonal appetizer of heirloom tomatoes caprese which was so fresh and tasty. I really enjoyed the selection of non-alcoholic drinks that were offered. They were tasty and beautifully garnished. After the waitress delivered the lobster tail and risotto, the staff delivered engagement ring from my -now- fiancé (of course I said yes!). He really picked the perfect spot to pop the question. It was so romantic! We had a fabulous night that we will remember and cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you Craft! More...

Tonight was our first time dining here. We had to wait at the bar for about 15 minutes before being seated. No problem since we didn’t have a reservation.
