What makes a great website?
More than anything else, a great website is clear, concise, and effective. A website's purpose needs to drive the viewers to the goal of the website, whether it be the checkout process, registration, newsletter sign-up, blog page view, or more opportunities for ad-revenue, the goal of the property needs to be balanced perfectly between the brand and the content.

What's your goal? What is your website not doing good enough? What steps have you tried in the past?
What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy making businesses more successful by helping them reach their customers. It allows my team and I to stay in business, which keeps us creative, and makes our clients happy to keep us on their team.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In 1999 I was fascinated by the internet and the possibilities it afforded every size business.

We've been at this for a long while, and with that comes experience in businesses operating online, consumer mindset, and a level of understanding about how challenging it is to succeed online. The devil is in the details, site visitors have thousands of options and limited patience. The key isn't just getting something made, it's about building something effective. That's what we provide.

We're completely online-based having closed our formal offices during COVID to go remote 100% of the time.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We've foregone in-person meetings to virtual platforms. All our meetings are done over Google Meet or Zoom.
