Long story but we needed a dessert for a wedding the same day. The lady was so nice but did not have any premade cakes for us. She did however have her red velvet cupcakes with buttercream frosting. All homemade from scratch. She promised they were amazing and she did not lie. These were the best cupcakes I ever had. Not too sweet, nice and moist...and also beautiful!!! My wife's birthday just passed and she her favorite cake is carrot cake. However, my kid has a tree nut and peanut allergy. The cake was PERFECT! They took the nuts out, and it was the most moist, flavorful, cake and my wife has put it in her top three favorite carrot cakes she has ever had!
