What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We provide bookkeeping services using QuickBooks by Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors. We will enter all transactions, assuring the bookkeeping is in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and run financial statements with the monthly bookkeeping services. We can provide payroll services, process payroll, and prepare and process payroll tax returns. We are a Registered Agent for payroll.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
A great accountant can "make or break" a business. The accountant (CPA) should not only prepare tax returns, but offer ongoing consulting and tax advice to assure the client is paying the minimum amount by law. In addition, the CPA needs to know all of the tax laws related to the business and be able to EXPLAIN the tax return, bookkeeping and financial statements to a client in a understandable way. The CPA needs to work in partnership with the client to assure compliance and accuracy.

I love being able to help people achieve their financial goals. I strive to help clients understand the impact their tax and financial statements have on their lifestyle. I want to make a difference in your business and your life. Sometimes understanding taxes is like knowing a foreign language, and I am a translator and a assistant to helping you attain your goals. I consider your success to be my success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a MBA in Entrepreneurship. I love working with, and am, an entrepreneur at heart. I believe many people are highly skilled at their craft and provide excellent goods and services, but sometimes the business side is foreign to them, or not seen as relevant.

My staff and I work very hard to assure you have the best possible situation. If you are in business we start with the form of business. Are you an LLC, S Corp, C Corp or sole proprietor and what should you be? We work to implement the structure that works best for you. We offer comprehensive bookkeeping and payroll services. We strive to make our services both transparent and as easy as possible. Our services are provided so that you, the client can focus on what you do best, and not concern yourself with the details of bookkeeping and tax. Finally, our staff averages 30+ years of experience and can handle just about any situation. The IRS does not scare us, and we have worked to solve hundreds of IRS issues, and reduced taxes nearly every time.
