Erika at CP did the catering for my wedding. She was great at putting together a really delicious food and drink menu. She answered all my questions and offered a lot of great suggestions. The food itself was really delicious. All the guests really loved the hors d'oeuvres and the charcuterie spread during the cocktail hour. And everyone said the entrees were delicious as well. We had family style service, so the staff was prompt in setting out the food and cleaning up, but they never felt in the way. The staff was also very friendly and professional. Extremely satisfied !!!!I'm an event coordinator for a technology firm and have used CP for a couple of different events. I rate them very high and would recommend them for your event whether it be a holiday gala, wedding, summer picnic, cultural event, or any corporate function . They provide a professional and efficient style to catering that can work for any style of event.Their chef can produce many different cultural dishes and the flavors are just simply amazing. CP's theme to food taste is very on point which makes them very versatile and works great especially here in the bay area. So completely happy!!! We recently had a Hawaiian themed fundraiser and CP did EVERYTHING- the food, the decorations and the setting. I rarely write reviews but I was really happy with everything they did. The staff were well presented and friendly and the decor was incredible. I loved their ATTENTION TO DETAIL. It was such a great experience working with the folks at Cafe Primavera. Kreshana and Erika went above and beyond our expectations to produce a fabulous event. Kreshana made herself available to us, which I found to be extremely valuable as our event quickly approached. The onsite event staff, was attentive and thoughtful. They made my job as host so much easier, they arrived on time, looked great, set-up everything beautifully, cleaned up and returned our venue in the condition we received it.They worked with us on crafting a food menu that was exactly what we wanted. The food not only was presented beautifully, but tasted delicious. I received nothing but positive feedback from our guests, who thoroughly enjoyed the appetizers, cheese boards, mediterranean inspired buffet and dessert bar.Additionally, the decorations they provided completely set the ambience for our event. Café Primavera gets rave reviews for the catering at our company's open house. Erika was remarkably patient and helpful with the planning. Overall, end to end, fantastic experience with CP Fine Catering. I hosted an intimate retirement party for 40 people and selected CP based on yelp reviews by others, pictures posted from other clients, rapid response time/frequency of communication, competitive pricing and the excellent service I experienced when working with Selina.   She made sure all of my requests were managed carefully. My guests raved about the food and service. Last Saturday we had a retirement party for a dear friend. CP did a wonderful job.The staff was fabulous / wonderful and by the end of the party still had smiles on their faces and we're dancing to the music, they were awesome and I will use them again in the future . Courtney, Jenny, and servers: Israel, Gil and Yanira were outstanding in the planning, set up, layout, and catering of my daughter's bridal shower at our home. Courtney made sure we had all the necessary dining/food service items plus suggested the perfect menu for the warm summer day. She stayed on top of the delivery and pick-up portions as well, keeping me informed about every step. Israel, Gil and Yanira were delightful, efficient, helpful and seamless thorough out the bridal shower. A very calming presence; they anticipated every aspect of the day, always knew where to be and when. They did a beautiful job displaying the different food selections. We selected Cafe Primavera to cater our May wedding at Hakone Gardens. I couldn't have been happier with the entire process. All the communication with Erika over email was efficient and professional, we enjoyed our tasting session, and the guests all enjoyed the meal. They accommodated our guests with dietary restrictions, made detailed changes to menu items for us (swapped out one cheese for another on our salad), and even provided infused water (according to our specifications) on a beautiful display table during both the ceremony and reception. After the wedding, our florist misplaced a few of her vases and Erika was kind enough to look in their warehouse for the missing items. Five stars all the way for Jenny and the team at Cafe Primavera (CP). CP catered for our April wedding at Hakone Gardens in Saratoga. We couldn't have been more thrilled with how everything turned out from the menu, professionalism of staff, rental services and their attention to detail. We worked with Erika from Cafe Primavera catering to help plan our wedding, and it pretty much went about as well as we could ask for.  Throughout the process, Erika was very responsive and helpful over email.  They scheduled a (delicious) complimentary tasting for us which covered 3 appetizers, a salad, 2 entrees, and a platter of cake slices to take home and try at our leisure (we were pretty stuffed by that point).  We ended up picking tiramisu as one of the cakes, which made me quite happy (it's my favorite cake and they do it pretty well).  They were also incredibly accommodating and flexible with all of the dietary restrictions we threw at them, including vegan, kosher, and dairy-free kid's meals.  One of my close friends and guests at the wedding had pretty strict kosher requirements, and they were able to accommodate this which I was incredibly grateful for.  Erika was also great about giving us clean and accurate proposals throughout the process with all of the costs laid out clearly and included a running list of all our special notes and concerns (e.g. on where the ceremony would be taking place, how we had cake toppers we wanted to put in ourselves and needed to be returned at the end of the night, etc.).  Besides the food and cake, we also had them provide some infused water for right before the ceremony, as well as the rentals for linen, flatware, china, and glassware.  For the final venue walkthrough, Erika couldn't make it, but one of her coworkers Jenny came, and she was also quite helpful in answering last-minute questions and making sure we had everything covered.  On the day of the event, the event staff were very helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly, setting everything up quickly and making sure that everything was cleaned up afterwards.  If I had to get catering for another event (which I honestly hope I don't have to do for a long time), I would definitely go with Cafe Primavera again because of how easy they made it and how much I know I wouldn't have anything to worry about. Our experience with CP Catering has been absolutely outstanding. We have had 2 different corporate events (a gathering for our employees and an industry partners event) that we have hired them for and both times they exceeded our expectations. The decorations were fantastic. They took into consideration our company colors and themed everything around that. The food was amazing (my favorite is the Ahi tuna mini tacos). And their customer service is top of the line. Don, our bartender, was an absolute delight to have run the bar. Jennifer and the team went above and beyond to make sure that everything ran smoothly.  We pride ourselves on our customer service here at Valet and truly see the same qualities in their service as well. The review is long overdue. We used them in December 2015 for a holiday work party. I felt they deserved the praise and I wanted to make sure it was known publicly. Without going into details, I will say that they over delivered in every aspect. They took the stress away by being extremely organized and were able to help think of things on the fly when we forgot something. Cafe Primavera is outstanding! I had them cater my 50th birthday and housewarming party after my wife and I had finished up a major remodeling project to house and garden. We had 90 guests at our event which we designed as an elegant garden party. We were already stressed out by having to make sure that the construction was finished in time for the party, so we completely relied on the caterer to manage the event. Andrea really brought in the A team to deliver a flawless event. It was important to me that Andrea had promised to manage the event from A to Z - we got the first quote from her, she set up a beautiful tasting in CP's Campbell kitchen and I was really relieved when she told us that she would also manage the actual event the night of the party.The event location was tricky because we didn't have a lot of finished patio and garden space given the the number of guests. A large part of our backyard was just dust. When Andrea came to check out the event space for the first time a few weeks before the event, we were in the midst of construction. The patio had literally been constructed the week before the event so she never saw the finished setup before the actual event. The CP team still found a really beautiful way to arrange appetizer and dinner station as well as bar. The food was outstanding and many guests were impressed. We had no leftovers! In preparation of the event, we did a total of 4 tastings and quotes. CP was head and shoulders above everybody else in terms of food quality, but was not even the most expensive quote. The quote process overall was very flexible. We changed out a few items in the preparation phase, and even made two major changes to the menu 2 days before the event. If our requests ever created any stress for the CP team, Andrea never made us feel it. All she said was "don't worry". And we never worried, and just concentrated on enjoying the party and entertaining our guests. A job very well done! Erika the owner was amazing to accommodating to the many changes I made . The cocktail hour and the passed appetizers were lovely . We hired Cafe Primavera for our wedding in April and were delighted with the results. In the planning process our point person was available and attentive. She did a great job at hearing our vision and working with us to manifest it. We had many iterations of our menu, reception format and were even touch-and-go about a potential venue switch due to rain - but CP was always cooperative and can-do. They were also honest about cost so we didn't feel like they were milking us. Come the big day and they were every bit as prepared and professional as it gets. The food was delectable and the lead server even came to our head table to present before laying each dish out family style. I ate everything (I hear kind of rare for a bride) and was very pleased with the roasted lamb, fresh salads and soft rolls. It was a lovely sunny day and the plates we selected together were very well suited. CP even baked our wedding cake, a 2 tier white cake with strawberry filling, which was also delicious. My husband and I recruited friends to serve homebrew and potluck desserts (highly recommend that approach too) and CP was flexible in coordinating with them all too. I love Café Primavera!Recently, the mother of one of my best friends passed away and Café Primavera was right there beside me to help plan the memorial service.  With great professionalism and caring, they helped make the event beautiful and memorable for all.  Everything was perfect - from the food provided (loved the cookies!), to the set up and take down of the chairs, tables, etc.  The choice of food was just right for the venue and allowed the guests to easily eat while standing and socializing.  I was impressed with their knowledge of logistics and ability to make things happen discretely in the background without intruding on the sanctity of the moment.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Erika and her team for any event! Erika and her team provided a wonderful catering service for my husband's birthday (about 100 guests).  We could not have wished for a better outcome. We asked her for a Hawaiian Luau Theme set around our swimming pool, and she pulled it off flawlessly (complete with big Tiki God statues wearing leis).The food and its service by roving, charming waiters was delicious and fit the party theme perfectly.  The variety of offerings and the bar-tending (Erika even had a Tiki Bar to fit in with the scheme) were ideal.Cafe Primavera made the arrangements easy for us with advance on-property visits and offered choices for pricing ranges, and helped us zero in on the best approach.  The day of the party they set up independently and made us feel assured all would go smoothly (as it did indeed).Many guests remarked on both the delicious food and the delightful service with the staff's genuine charm and smiles.  Erika truly cares about her clients and their guests (she looked after the hosts' nutrition from the start to make it easier for us to greet our guests).  This is the second time we have had Erika's professional service (she served a more intimate Thanksgiving dinner for about 50 guests which felt like "home cooking" and not at all catered).Cafe Primavera is our GO TO caterer!  We will use Erika and her team for our events in the future. I had my wedding a couple of weeks ago and I am so happy that I went with Cafe Primavera.  We checked out a lot of caterers, and found that Cafe Primavera's food was not only great but fresh. They really worked with us to personalized the food, and we found their prices very competitive.  CP worked extremely hard to satisfy everything we wanted. I had Cafe Primavera cater my son's high school graduation party and they did a FANTASTIC job! I worked with Erika Keller and she was amazing - she focused on every detail and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied. She arrived before the party, set up the tables and wanted to make sure everything was organized before our party started. We had one CP chef come to our home to prepare the food and two servers that catered to our 70+ guests in a very professional manner.
