We have a phone consultation with our clients and our Head Chef to understand their needs and desires. During this conversation we are able to make suggestions that would appeal to the clients and their guests. We then create a menu for the clients approval.

The ability to create, creating is very important to me. Showcasing a unique offering and creating relationships with different people and businesses.

Houston has a great atmosphere for local small business people from all different backgrounds. We've felt very loved by the locals ever since moving here and wanted a way to provide something that we can share with our community about our culture.

We not only incorporated our own Indian family, that works in the kitchen, but we also added to our family. People who wanted to create this environment with us, including a wonderful executive chef that has worked in a Michelin star restaurant.

Our service is providing food, the consulting can be done remotely but the food needs to be in person.

We have sanitation locations throughout the restaurant and ensure everyone is following the appropriate codes of our health department. We strive to go beyond the regulatory requirements.
