We went to the Carrollton location on Hebron. I was trying to use the app but couldn’t get it to connect. I had a free dessert item I wanted to get along with our meal. They took my order and redeemed my dessert coupon. When the order was ready, they handed me the bag tightly closed. I could see a small container on top and assumed that was my dessert.
