I was told that since I have a gluten allergy my lobster tacos would have to be cold. My husband who does not have the allergy ordered the same thing but his were equally cold and they were not good once we tried to heat them up our selves at home. Third time dinning from one of your trucks in Columbia, SC. This time was okay but didn't seem as good as the past. Had a Connecticut Roll and lobster seemed cold and barely filled the bun. Wanted to try the Lobster Bisque and they said it would be 15 - 20 minutes before they had any ready. They started serving at 11:30 and I came at 1:00. Could have understood running out toward the end of the day but not an hour and a half in. Truck also didn't have any of Maine Root Beer. Would have loved to tried it. Tried the Ginger Brew instead and it was awul. I will definitely give it another chance but would have loved to had the same experienawful. I did the first 2 times. More...

We waited in line for 30 mins until a worker came out of the truck and recommended people to order online to avoid the wait. NOW I HAVE WAITED 1 hour and others are getting their food in 10 mins who waited in line!!! 😡 if I knew I had to wait an hour for food online then I would’ve stayed in line for the truck!!!!! More...

☹️☹️☹️Firstly We’ve eaten here several times when here around our town . Few weeks at (New Groove ) But this time we Stood in pouring rain in Cowpens ordered 1 of each of the lobster rolls and a bowl of clam chowder for my 94 year old Aunt . Didn’t take but a few minutes and I’m back in the car dried off and drove back to Glendale, so ready to see my yummies I paid almost $48 for . Well I was a bit let down that my rolls didn’t look like the pics or the ones we’ve always gotten , with one small claw and less than acceptable amounts of lobster . The roll was toasted perfectly but so skimpy the top wasn’t even opened up like it was gorged with the best lobster we’ve always gotten . Cousins Maine Lobster is awesome - time and time again! I make every effort to hit up their food truck when they come to my area in SC. Their lobster is fresh, sweet and delicious. (Also, cold water lobster is far superior to any warm water lobster like we get in SC.) And, their portions are generous, which is very well in line with their pricing. I went for the first time tonight. It was absolutely delicious.... yes, it’s a little expensive, but why not splurge every once in a while when they are in the neighborhood? ! I know they travel far and wide, and I’ve waited for this day for weeks.. it was absolutely worth it and the next time they are close, I will go back! We are from Maine and I’ve tried a few different “lobster rolls” in the south and they have been (frankly) disgusting. I had the lobster grilled cheese and my husband had the Maine lobster roll and it was wicked good! Was not disappointed at all. 🦞

The food was amazing. I had the Connecticut with tots and the root beer. Root beer is sooooo good! Tots were crispy and fresh and the lobster was sooo juicy and tender and they didn’t skimp on the lobster in the roll. More than enough! The onlyyyyyy slight problem is the price. It’s about 17ish dollars for the roll itself. It is a bit of a splurge but to me it was worth it. The workers were very friendly and personable. Just left the Greensboro location at Oden Brewing Co. Spent over $40 for 3 tacos, a roll the size of my small hand, and two sodas. They forgot to put the woopie in my bag and there was no warm butter for the roll. I’m used to Taco Bell’s and McDonald’s forgetting things in my order but I thought since I was paying so much they would be more on the ball. Too late and too far to drive back and no number to call. I am a huge fan of Cousins but was quite disappointed with my last visit. I ordered online for pick up due to Covid. I got two lobster rolls with two cups of soup and with tip came to about $60. Shortly after my order I received a call that there was no soup due to not getting a delivery in which wasn’t a problem however there alternative was tots. I asked if I could get a refund and they stated no and said the only thing they could do was give me a side of tots. The lobster rolls were delicious as always but I paid $60 for two lobster rolls ... and a side of tots I did not want. :( More...

I was conned into spending $14 on the seafood equivalent of a hot dog. it was a sham don't trust the hype this place sucks. I would rather eat a boiled hot dog with no bun. not to mention my order wasn't even prepared correctly. I ordered lobster tacos and received shrimp tacos. I ordered the Connecticut roll and was both underwhelmed and almost angry at the taste of it and the size of it. I'm sure the person who invested in this on shark tank is regretting their decision.
