Lost 18 lbs so far. Very interesting place. The camaraderie is off the chain with my workout group and trainers at the 8 am classes. Extremely versatile environment. You could be there all day if ur body can take it. Something to do all day. 4 pools for kids and adults collectively. I love it and I hate exercising!!! More...

I like this gym, it's nice and clean and the staff is really friendly.The parking is awful, it seems like it's always full, especially Sundays. They have a church show and people going to the gym, and the church goers act like they own the place. If you need a workout, don't go until way later when the church is over. More...

Has multiple areas and options of working out. For example on those hotter days they open the pools for people to swim in them. Very nice...the only thing is the schedule is weird and there is not much on the weekends class-wise or much to do with the kids. They offer a nice selection of classes but to be honest...for the price...every class should be free and accessible. What about the people who work and can only get there on weekends mostly?They need more kid-friendly activities and classes on the weekends...also...perhaps a 'Mommy and Me' class. It would be nice to be able to utilize the trampoline but it's always closed. The child classes are great and the facilities are clean and the staff is welcoming. All in all...it's great but could definitely cater to guests' needs a bit more. More...

Large fantastic sports club. There is a hot tub, lap pool (salt), kid pool, two water slides, therapy pool, basketball courts, soccer field (indoor and outdoor), climbing wall, trampoline park (for children), weight area and cardio machines. Like many places in Bel Air it is not walkable for most people of the area nor bicycle-safe. Still worth the day pass! More...

Great place for the family. Clean, non-intimidating, and most of all fun. Would like to really say that from the moment we signed up, Carmen has been top notch and the club is lucky to have her. She has gone above and beyond for not only my family for others as well. She has a passion for the members in keeping them happy and has always been incredible with my family.
