Site was easy to use and Cynthia called me immediately to inform me that the particular arrangement I chose on the website was not available due to it being more seasonal. She was very helpful and confident she could create something comparable for a very special family member of mine that was in the hospital. I ordered mid afternoon and even though it seemed late to me, the arrangement was created and delivered on the same day. It really made her day to receive them and I have to say, Cynthia did an outstanding job and her communication was perfect. I live two hours away but a lot of my family live in the area, I will not hesitate to use Cynthia and Cottage Florist again. Another amazing thing about this business, Cynthia sent me a photo via text to show me the arrangement that was created AND sent a text letting me know the bouquet had been delivered. I ordered some flowers today from Cottage Florist. My friend's husband passed away and I wanted to send her some flowers to brighten her day. I am a bit quirky and hate all carnations. The original arrangement had carnations, but I requested they replace them with something else. Cynthia was so incredible! She called me and told me she could replace them with more sunflowers and some purple flowers. Then she even texted me a picture of the finished product. To say they are beautiful is an understatement! They are stunning! I cannot thank you enough for your service today!!!! Cynthia makes the absolutely most beautiful arrangements. I live out of the country and have flowers sent to my Gramma on a regular basis. She always makes sure the arrangements are above and beyond outstanding. She is very trustworthy and I can count on her to deliver quality each week and not take advantage of the distance (like another florist did to me before I found The Cottage Florist). Cynthia has been INCREDIBLE with my wedding floral arrangements. Right off the bat she was able to work with my very limited budget and has come up with gorgeous arrangements. I felt so overwhelmed with everything but she was able to walk me through it and gave phenomenal suggestions. She's very creative and I'm just so pleased with my entire experience. The amount of communication and dedicating that she has given me makes me feel so valued. I'm not sure if it's typical but throughout my wedding planning I've run into so many vendors that don't even respond to calls or emails but with Cynthia I never had to worry about that. We put together and finalized my order in a few DAYS solely from the incredible suggestions she made, that's how amazing she is. I would certainly recommend Cottage Florist again and again for her beautiful skills, friendly, responsive and timely service, and her beautiful variety of flowers and plants! Cynthia at Cottage Florist did a beautiful job with a vase arrangement for a family funeral making sure to use special flower varieties, and not generic! She messaged me with questions to make sure she got it just right for us. When we messaged her with questions, she always answered us right away. She delivered the arrangement early to the funeral home the day of the funeral, so that we did not have to worry if it would be ready in time. She also messaged us a photo of the arrangement and let us know that it had been delivered that morning. Her customer service was very friendly and she was very concerned for the family. I also had previously ordered a plant through their internet site to be delivered to a family member and the recipient was very happy with the plant she received!
