WOW! Six stars for Cristian, his wife & staff.Cortez catering catered my daughters Quinceanera (15th birthday party). I remember going to a friends family event and their food was good. After planning my daughters party for over a year and tasting many types of food from many caterers, Cortez Catering stood alone in personality, friendliness  and professionalism. Their prices were very reasonable and their communication with me leading up to the party was EXCELLENT!Cortez Catering was on time and delivered hot meals to 250 of my guests. We had Cortez careening cater for my 50th birthday event  and everyone loved the food! Chris goes above and beyond and it shows in his food. Everything was fresh and delicious! The chicken with mushroom sauce was superb as well as the roast beef and vegetables. He has also catered other family events which we've always been pleased. Cristian and his team did an AMAZING job catering my wedding. The food was delicious.. all of our guests were complementing the food and the service and I just couldn't be any happier. The pricing was also the BEST I could find around here.. Cristian and his wife were very attentive to our concerns and needs and did an excellent job carrying out their job.
