Food is always just incredible. We tried "The Tower of Power" and wow. Red Chile is just right to go with a burger over a bed if regular and sweet potato fries. It reminds me of a burger I had growing up elsewhere but with a nice NM flavor. Their Blue cheese burger is wow delicious as well. I have recently heard that they have gotten a new chef and he has really done wonders with the menu and the food. This place was such a pleasant surprise!!! The wait staff was so efficient and so friendly! Â Most of all the food was amazing! ! An upscale twist on basic bar food! We had the tuiles! Why isn't everyone making these? The veggie sandwich was amazing on sourdough bread. We also shared the quesadilla. Yum!!! If beer is not your thing they have wine as well. The CORRALES BISTRO BREWERY is relatively new, so today we decided to give it a try for breakfast – it was Fabulous! I ordered the Ham and Cheese Omelet with a side of Sausage, and my wife ordered the Breakfast Tacos with a side of Bacon sprinkled on top. Both meals were delicious! In fact, my wife said her blue corn breakfast tacos were filled with fresh veggies and were the best she ever had! My omelet was equally delicious, with lots of thick ham, cheese and salsa – even the house-made sausage was really tasty. And, the freshly brewed coffee was excellent. Our server Devon was constantly attentive, and prices were very reasonable. We’ll definitely be coming back to sample more breakfasts, lunches and dinners – when we can enjoy their extensive beer selections! Very highly recommended. More...

Came in for breakfast one Sunday morning. We'd read earlier reviews and seemed like a logical choice. We were very happy that we did. Service was great, it is very comfortable here and the food was very good. We had the Gardener and Good Mountain. Both are hash brown and egg based. The sausage was very good as was the red Chile. The wife remarked that they really know how to cook the hash browns. Kind of funny but she is pretty particular about her hash browns. I'd recommend giving this a try and we will certainly be back. Came here after passing by the other day. The beer selection was good. They have the listings posted on chalk several places in the restaurant. We ordered vegetarian options, both of which were excellent. I like that sweet potato fries are the same price as regular, we both got half and half. There was live music outside, and the artist was excellent as well, we sat outside. Our waitress was kind, professional, and attentive. The menus were a big confusing at first, as we received half of a version of one, and the full version of the other (they're two separate sheets.) Only thing I wished was that there was ambient or background music inside- I've always thought it was awkward when there is none. We will definitely be back, prices were reasonable as well!! More...

I've been to this place several times given that I live just a couple miles down the street in Corrales. I have had mixed feelings about the place including the beer, food and service. There has been times when the food was great but the service was terrible and the beer tasted awful at times (for whatever reason, most likely dirty taps) but this time was exceptional! I got the Viking roast beef sandwich with horseradish sauce on the side. The sandwich was the best roast beef sandwich I've had in years! And the beer tastes much better than it used to. I also believe that my past experiences were based on tap lines that had not been cleaned sufficiently. All in all its a totally different place to me since the beer, food and service ALL exceeded my expectations. Way to step up your game CBB. More...
