A few months ago I was in search of some furniture for my bedroom and I immediately thought about going to Corner Furniture. One of my girlfriends had gotten her furniture there so I knew they had great selections. Subsequently, I had referred two of my family members to go there as well. And, they were blown away by the customer service they received from Felix! When I finally visited the store, my first duty was to make sure that I asked for Felix. From the onset, Felix was very personal, professional and really listened to what I said I wanted. I went in wanting a bedroom set but after discovering this beautiful dining room set I got both items because Felix was incredibly flexible in making sure we got a packaged deal! Although it wasn't the initial plan, the deal made sense and I was happy to be going home feeling like a total winner! I went to Corner Furniture today, and I received the most AMAZING customer service ever. Wanda M***** (the lady that helped me) was an absolute joy to work with. Most times you go shopping the sales associates usually seem miserable, like they hate their job, or do the very bare minimum to "help" you. I went here for the first time today to buy a nightstand, and I was astounded by how beautiful and huge this place is. They have everything imaginable. The customer service was great. I visited Corner Furniture today to layaway on 2 night stands. Matthew assisted me throughout the process and all I can say is he is AWESOME HANDS DOWNS! I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase from Corner Furniture.  I went to buy a sectional couch and I am extremely satisfied with the overall quality of the couch I selected.  The couch has a superior frame construction, quality fabric, sturdy but comfortable cushions, and excellent style! I went in to purchase my first living room set Raymond T was the one who helped me. My experience with him was wonderful. I went there over a year ago and he still remembered me . He was very patient and extremely helpful and funny. He defines excellent customer service. He gave me good advice and some knowledge on different types of furniture. He even had great suggestions on the ideas and themes I was going for. My mom has been buying furniture from there since 1989. Everything she bought from there is still in great condition. That is what I call good quality furniture. I ended up purchasing a living room set, dining room set, and a fireplace TV stand. He really worked with me in regards to pricing. Josie was the cashier. Smiley Will is the most professional knowledgeable and patient salesman my boyfriend and  I have ever dealt with at a furniture store.  The family owned business is filled to the brim with classic and contemporary pieces however it isn't overwhelming --or maybe it is--but when you have great people showing you around like Will,  the task of shopping for a bed seemed much easier. Came in the other after haveing a bad experience at another place. We were helped by Janice. She was great there selections of beds was ok. Wasnt sold at first after her tenacity to make the sale and the deal ive got we went along with the sale. They are cery accommodating 1 item was out of stock the manger offered I wait 30  minuites so it can be delivered from one of their warehouses or he will personally deliver it him self after he gets of work. I waited it came as my truck was getting loaded great customer service. And you can leave with your furniture there and then as for me they had my item instock. She spent the time & put together a beautiful little package that got us everything we need when we thought we'd only be able to get the living room this month. There was a little problem with the delivery scheduling, but we called Belkis, our salesperson, and she got the manager (Eric?) to step in and make everything smooth. She told us she was on it, she was and everything was great. We bought A LOT of furniture through the years (long story) - buying furniture is never, never, easy and we have stories!
