Amazing experience, food was excellent, servers were on top of thier game never had to wait, price was reasonable for everything they offered, very happy customer will be returning.

The service was amazing, very attentive. One of our group of 7 preferred well done beef, of which they brought several different kinds. All of our meat was excellent, especially the flank steak & the 3 chicken options were great. I enjoyed the food very much; I only wish the portions were a bit bigger. When we first arrived it wasn’t very busy but quickly filled up so the carvers were moving like crazy but only offering a few seconds to grab just a sliver of meat, and then you’d wait a bit for the next round. I loved the food, i would definetly recommend it to a friend.However the reason i gave an overall rating of 4 stars is because i found the waitress uniform a bit too revealing. The extra low cut top with half of breasts revealed is very inapropriate and it just made my date night very akward everytime the waitress would show up. We usually go to the other Brazilian steakhouse in Niagara falls (Brasa) , they were closed for remodeling, so we decided to try Copacabana. As far as looks, it’s doesn’t look like the nicest place in the world, but looks aren’t everything! The staff were super friendly, the food was absolutely amazing! To be honest, my wife and I were totally shocked! Our beverages were always kept full, and our plates always had some type of meat on them. As an added extra, when we were leaving, I noticed the gaucho’s were cooking the meat to the right of the room, one of them told us good night, I asked him if that’s where the magic happened, he said yes and invited me over and proudly showed me how they cooked the meat! Always wonderful service! Staff are attentive and make sure you have everything you need. I find a lot of negative posts that I have seen for this location are things beyond their control; this is a prime location in the tourism area of Niagara Falls. As long as you are prepared to wait if you must, book ahead if possible, and take the wait with a grain of salt, this location has always delivered great service. Food was excellent and well worth the money. Make sure you are hungry when you arrive because everything is delicious! The wine list wasn’t as great as I would have hoped, but we definitely found something enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Meats could be more well done.Some very bloody - asked server to ask kitchen to cook to at least well but still on rare side compared to Brasa. Also had to ask server and meat servers about close to 10 times to serve us the lamb, salmon and rib. Lamb we basically got for desert before leaving. Took 2 hrs to get it. Never got rib.Depends where they seat you. We were in corner so perhaps by time meat server gets to us the skewer is empty and they forget to come back? The table right at the stairs in back gets first choice - infact we saw server go up stairs, go to their table of 6 slide all meat off, back down stairs and up again with different meat, feed that whole table and leave. Must of been VIP table. Us in corner had to wait looooooong time between meats and got thin mostly bloody peices ea time. Very loud. Dancers were entertaining for people that can see them. Interesting concept. Food labelling was ok. We have a few allergies in our group. One mislabelled one had nuts. No good for us, wife was anxious all night afterwards . They offered to comp a meal but came to forget that at payment time.Update- was called by manager who has now made the whole situation correct. Great food although we were there for only 40 mins and we already had the same meat coming out. The one in Toronto seems to have more variety, we never even got to any fish or pork. Delicious food though!!!
