among the many....our signature guava glazed roast chicken dish is a must...the meat falls off the bone,,,and the flavors-complex without overpowering...so i have been told

I am very keen on having a one on one with my perspective client and asking what are THEY looking for: cuisine type/theme/dietary restrictions-likes and dislikes. also allergies and every possible consideration is respected and reviewed by me. whether 100 people eat meat and ONE DOESN't-that is important to know-everyone must feel happy and listened to. I also give sample tastes/ we go over pricing points-details-logistics/and do not go a step further until my perspective customers questions and needs are met.
It may take a few steps but it is sooo worth it for my perspective client to feel listened to/happy and that they are getting their money's worth...oxxo

Everything- I am lucky enough to work my passion. The way I want my sons/people I love and myself to be treated is exactly how I want to conduct business...

my cultural background and fascination with people/food/origins/and the connectivity to our earth really "fed" my slow but sure entree into wanting to start my small but important business.

Good question....I am what I write about and what you see... AS a trained professional I put my reputation on the line. My food/ethos and being revolve around doing every thing with integrity and well seasoned thoughtfully sourced dishes. you may not see the back story to the finished foods but there is alot behind the scenes that goes into what is finished and presented. I intentionally use compostables/make food from scratch and place strong emphasis on best quality ingredients- I think that makes a difference- one you may not be able to readily see. That is how i roll...
My conscience and soul feel good at the end of the day...
Finally- my food creations really taste delicious!!
