It was my parent's 63rd wedding anniversary & I usually am not there to celebrate, but this year I was. I always get them a very nice arrangement of flowers, but this year they were separated, as my father's now in a nursing home. I explained that I would like to get one arrangement for each of them & told her what I'd like. I came back later & she had made 2 such beautiful arrangements! And they were both perfect for their locations. My mom just loved hers, the base looked like an ornament & she could use it later for decorative purposes. My dad's was in a vase & knowing he was in a nursing home & there's not a lot of places to set things, she did a nice bouquet for him. I just want to give a big thank you for making both of my parents happy with your flowers! If I have to have them called in & delivered, you'll be the one I'll call. Thank you!! More...

WOW!! What else can I say about the incredible arrangement they made for me!I called for a last minute delivery (my life's a little crazy) for my landlady for her Birthday who has been like family to me and really wanted something special and beautiful and BOY did they deliver! She actually called me in tears after they delivered! They also have a great selection of chocolates and goodies which I ordered sent as well! I left the options and design open and in their hands, and told them of the woman who has shown me love and kindness and insisted on taking my 3 boys for the weekend despite her own busy schedule, so I can have a much needed break. They delivered in less than 24 Hours a stunning bouquet in the most elegant and beautiful vase I've seen and really came through for me! Do I recommend them HELL YES!! 10000% More...

Our initially meeting with them was great as they got to know us and asked us several questions so they could get the flower arrangement correct. They were very professional and warm. We asked them to drop off everything at the Lodge at noon and they were there right on time. We wanted to have our boutineer in rifle casings and include burlap in our arrangements. Cool Florist was happy to accommodate whatever we wanted and came up with the most beautiful arrangements! Many of our guests commented on how pretty and "us" the flowers were. They nailed it!
