Cool Critters Studio

From the time we brought our pup Birdie home....Ileana spent time emailing back & forth answering ALL of my training/behavioral questions. We were so happy when Birdie became old enough (and all immunized) to finally attend STAR Puppy classes! We have taken group and private classes so far. Having worked with trainers before, I can say she is more knowledgable than anyone I have ever met. She explains things so that we understand the way the DOGS are receiving the information. She is also patient, kind and lighthearted There is no judgment in her voice when she speaks. I feel that I am receiving her full support in my journey with Birdie. We are truly blessed to have met her and look forward to future training at Cool Critters! More...

Ileana is a wonderful trainer, and cares for the people and dogs she trains. She has a positive reinforcement, no-nonsense style that is great for training dogs (and their people). She is also a wonderful artist who created a beautiful portrait after the heartbreaking loss of my Lori (lost right after completing agility training years ago). She has been a major help in my relationship with a difficult but wonderful Rudy.... She is one of a few humans he would trust, earning his Canine Good Citizen certification under her guidance. And, then, of course, Emmie - our latest went through puppy training and on to the CGC at Cool Critters as well. I definitely trust Ileana and her training style and results. More...
