Hands down the most fun and rewarding coaching I’ve received in my ~12 years of training.

Services

Kickstart your fitness for the year with expert help. This package contains a complimentary evaluation, three personal training sessions, and two weeks of gym membership at The Gym Downtown—a value of $200. No Commitment.

Get a professional evaluation of your fitness and advice on approaching your goals. This session includes medical history, a body composition analysis, and mobility, strength, and cardiorespiratory assessments. This no-obligation session is a requirement for our clients.

Initial evaluation and assessment session is complimentary with no obligation. ​All training is conducted in person. Special rates are available for couples, small groups, and in-home training.
