FITNESS EVALUATION AND ASSESSMENT - COMPLIMENTARY
Get a professional evaluation of your fitness and advice on approaching your goals. This session includes medical history, a body composition analysis, and mobility, strength, and cardiorespiratory assessments. This no-obligation session is a requirement for our clients.
PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES
Initial evaluation and assessment session is complimentary with no obligation. ​All training is conducted in person. Special rates are available for couples, small groups, and in-home training.
