I love this place! After not working out in years and three kids later, I came in and it changed my attitude! If I didn’t know how to use a machine or a certain exercise, they’d be happy to show me. I started training with Taylor and although she is hardcore, she doesn’t give up and she continues to motivate you not to give up on yourself. I highly recommend Conqher Fitness! It’s the best! This is an absolutely beautiful facility the machines are like butter, it's Immaculate, clean beautiful bathroom with shower sauna and vanity.
Nikki, The Owner is super sweet! I met her and it was like we knew each other for a long time!
I took a class with Taylor on Saturday, she was a really sweet instructor this All Womens Gym

Work hard and amazing thing’s WILL come! They are well prepared for business and such an amazing group of ladies! Today I worked with Taylor, she is bubbly and helpful. I hated her by the end, but only because the workout was killer. She cheered me on and helped me in places I needed help. I feel amazing! This is the most beautiful gym I have ever seen! I only got to see it as it was built....I am not allowed to work out inside because it is for WOMEN only! ! It is such a unique and tastefully decorated gym and it also has the most state of the art and current workout equipment that exists. The many awesome classes and trainers who specialize in workouts for women also make this fitness center stand apart. It also has a great room for your children to play in while you work out. They are even going to have Mommy and Me classes for mom and baby. The sound system rocks too!! Please come check it out with a free tour. You WILL be impressed! This gym is amazing. I was looking for something similar to what I had in downtown Nashville, particularly when it comes to availability of classes, but nothing compared until I found ConqHER. They have classes almost all day, everyday, and the variety allows there to be fairly small groups for a more personal experience. The girls are wonderful teachers and leaders, and I really have had zero complaints about anything since I started.
