I love being able to help people reach their own personal goals. I love connecting with my clients and meeting them where they are mentally and emotionally.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I come from a long line of entrepreneurs and business owners. I love being my own boss and conducting business in an ethical and person centered way.

I have been seeing all clients online since March of 2020.
Counseling
Mental health and substance abuse counseling. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate in North Carolina. I have experience assisting clients with a wide range of presenting problems.
