Connective Healing Myofascial Release

Highly recommend! I've had a blocked ear for a few years and never knew the cause. Ever since working with Sarah Huskey at Connective Healing the discomfort has decreased significantly. I tried everything to make the discomfort go away, but it hasn't been until this myofascial work that I've noticed a real difference, and finally some clearing. I now feel like I have a better understanding of my body as a whole, after learning about fascia and really taking the time with Sarah to figure out the root of the cause.
