How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Our process begins with a 1-1 consultation, where we discuss in detail your goals, lifestyle habits, schedule, and other factors. We'll also complete a movement screen, taking you through a number of basic exercises to determine your current level of fitness.
Using the information we gather in the consultation, we create a personalized program for each member that will drive them to reach their goals.

Consistency! Consistent and focused effort over time will produce results.
What do you love most about your job?
We love being able to help people feel better and gain confidence through fitness. Having a positive impact on people's lives drives us to be the best we can.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After suffering a back injury when he was younger, owner Sean spent a long time learning how to rehab the injury and manage the pain through exercise. He became a personal trainer in order to help others, using what he learned. Sean started Confidence Fitness in order to continue helping people move better, alleviate pain, and feel more confident in their daily lives or chosen sport.
His wife Nora joined him a few years later, bringing her nutrition coaching skills, to the table along with her passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals.
Why should our clients choose you?
Whether you join as a One-on-One Personal Training client or Small Group Personal Training member, we take a personalized approach to your fitness goals. All sessions are tailored to the individual. Groups are never larger than 6 people, so we are able to address each individual's need within the group.
We also pride ourselves on the sense of community that we've fostered among our members. Friendships are built during training, and we aim to host members social events several times a year (dependent upon safety guidelines at the time).
We take our members' safety seriously, following the safety guidelines set by the state, and going above and beyond with our cleaning protocols and space requirements.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We've enhanced our cleaning protocols, group training is limited to 6 participants, everyone disinfects the equipment after each use. We've also invested in a high-quality air filtration system that removes pathogens from the air.
