Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I can supply cleaning cloths and solutions.
I prefer to use clients' vacuums as to not cross contaminate between clients.
I wash/sanitize ALL cloths and tools between cleans.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to see the transformation of a space. I also find joy in seeing clients' reactions when they are able to relax in their clean home.
In short term rentals, I love being able to give hosts and guests peace of mind. I enjoy being able to get 5 star reviews for cleanliness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After leaving and returning to the cleaning industry, I found that it is where my niche is.
I spent several years working for an awesome cleaning business and felt that I wanted to establish something of my own. I started Conducive Crew with and for my family. My passion and commitment to my legacy's success pushes me to deliver my best every clean.
