I was not feeling healthy with a desk job. After a long period of time continually staying fit, I noticed my mental health became better. This is when I decided to build ConditionATX here in Austin, TX.

I have experience with multiple age groups and fitness levels. Whether you prefer one-on-one sessions or want to train with your partner, we have the expertise to help you meet your fitness goals. If you are wanting to focus on mobility and flexibility, I can help you. If strength gains are important to you, we can build a functional approach as well.

Clients have the option of training virtually, outdoors, in their own home, or in my private home gym.

Training outdoors is the most effective way to prevent this.
