This experience has been the WORSE experience by far! Please do not consider doing business here. They require a deposit prior to any services being done. I've been to various screen replacement specialists and NEVER had a deposit required. It took a week and a half to get my laptop back UNFIXED! I'm still waiting for my deposit. When I expressed my frustration to ANDY (the owner) he understood. Then I requested to get proof that my deposit has been refunded. This was last FRIDAY. It's Monday and I don't have the deposit or proof that it's being processed. I've asked for proof of the refund being processed MULTIPLE TIMES. ANDY'S response was "It's only $192.50 and I have no need to keep your money!" The level of unprofessionalism is astounding and needs to be addressed. I waited til Monday and still have no proof of the refund AT ALL. I would give zero stars if I could. Screenshot of the interaction and follow up is below. I'm currently claiming a dispute.
