The owner talked with me over the phone to help me understand the possible problems my laptop was facing (needed new ram and a new processor). I stopped by Computer Solutions with a problem on my laptop. Ryan and James told me they would diagnose and let me know what would need to happen to fix the laptop. Just as told, they ran a diagnostic check and found the hard drive begining to fail.
