While the physical installation of security systems needs to be done on-site, we certainly do provide a number of services remotely. Here are a few ways we support our customers online:

Consultation and Assessment: We can conduct initial consultations and security assessments remotely. By discussing your needs over the phone or video call and reviewing any necessary photos or floor plans you provide, we can suggest the best security solutions for your home or business.

Product Selection and Purchase: Based on the consultation, we can help you choose the right products that suit your needs and budget. We can guide you through the purchasing process online, ensuring you get the best value and most appropriate devices.

Setup and Configuration Support: After installation, we can guide you through the setup and configuration of your new security system remotely. This includes connecting your system to your home network and configuring settings on your devices.

Maintenance Support and Troubleshooting: For existing customers, we offer remote support for system troubleshooting and maintenance. We can diagnose many issues and guide you through steps to resolve them over the phone or via video call.

Please note that despite these remote services, certain aspects such as physical installation and some types of troubleshooting will require an on-site visit. However, our team follows all recommended safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our customers during service calls.

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have implemented several precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. These include:

Social Distancing: We practice and maintain recommended social distancing guidelines while interacting with customers. We also offer contactless service where possible.

Sanitization: Our team carries sanitizing supplies and is instructed to clean their hands and sanitize their equipment regularly. They also sanitize all surfaces they come into contact with during the installation process.

Remote Services: As mentioned previously, we offer many of our services remotely to minimize person-to-person contact. These include consultation, product selection, and system configuration support.

Customer Education: We communicate these protocols to our customers prior to any service visit to assure them of their safety during the installation or service process.
