Elko was able to create, design, and host my online homework solution in the cloud. They would demo to me once a week what we accomplished and I think they worked at a fast pace. I'm also excited about the automatic elastic scaling feature they added to my virtual machines so that the homework can handle any amount of users. What do you love most about your job?
At Compoze Labs, we love being able to say to clients "what else you got?". Clients sometimes start out thinking their idea is not feasible from a technical standpoint. I love making it my job to show them to not limit their vision based off possible difficulties with technology. That's Compoze Labs' job to overcome that, and not only have we time and time again overcame those difficulties, we get hungry for more and go back to the client to ask "what else you got."
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started Compoze Labs to be the complete package for developing websites and mobile apps. This is what we call the product-focused approach to software development. We saw that a lot of companies thought bringing a product to market was just writing some quick code and throwing that into an app store hoping for the best. At Compoze Labs, we do not hope for the best, plan for it. Compoze Labs does this by taking a pragmatic approach which walks clients with an idea through 4 phases to ensure a high quality and successful product. The phases are 1. Market Research 2. Product Strategy/Road Mapping 3. Design 4. Development. With these 4 phases, we are confident we can do more than just give you a few lines of code, we can give you a complete product ready to take on anyone in the market.
