In this 6 week program we will start with the fundamentals of nutrition and learn what your body needs to run at its best! We will cut through the the diet myths and stick with the science of nutrition and optimal fueling with whole foods, not diet foods. Your coach will be with you every step of the way to answer your burning nutrition questions
How does it work?
You will be provided several recipe books that will be available online that will guide you through each week of focus. These will include grocery lists and ideas for swapping out ingredients that you or family isn’t fond of.
After signing up, you will have an app that you can follow along with the program and communicate with me, your coach!
We will kick off the program with one week of limiting sugar. Giving your body a fresh start to start feeling great, right away. Then we will take 4 weeks to concentrate on individual areas of great nutrition. We will finish out with one week of meal planning to get you started on working on your own.

This a 1 hour virtual or in-person consultation to get a kickstart on your meal planning and prep. Whether you have done meal planning in the past and have gotten off track, never done meal planning or just need some ideas, we will make a plan that is personalized for you! What you get:
* A consultation to determine what your dietary needs and preferences are.
* We will collaborate and create a 1-week plan available for you to print or download.
* Creative ideas for quick or on the go meals.
* 20 minute follow up call to make sure things are going well.
