Absolutely awful experience using this company. Reserved a car for a post midnight landing at Hopkins airport. Reached out before the flight because I never heard from the driver. I was told the chauffeur would reach out right when I land. I never got a text or call.... Â I called dispatch and only got an automated message and when I put in my confirmation code the automatic response was something along the lines of "driver does not have a phone on." Â I then could not find a taxi and it took 20 minutes to find a Uber and it was under 2x surge. I emailed the company and got a response that someone called and changed the reservation. Are you KIDDING me? Beyond ridiculous. I am still absolutely livid about this experience with this company. Will NEVER use this company. Just an awfulexperience to me left struggling to find a ride at Cleveland Hopkins at 12:30 at night. More...

My brother-in-law had serious heart surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and needed to get back home to Maryland in a comfortable manner about a week post surgery. I googled car services and was so fortunate to get Company Car and Limousine's contact info. They were fantastic. They were very responsive to our needs and patient (no matter how many times I called). The day arrived for his transport and they arrived on time, in a large and comfortable SUV. Outstanding! Â Used Company Car for the first time this week. Â Thought I'd try it since the price isn't that much more than paying to park at the airport. I have used Company Car & Limo for car service for my boss. Â Found them via their Yelp page.<br><br>My boss reported to me that the driver was great and professional. Â Going to be a repeat customer from here on out for transport to/from the airport. Â <br><br>Pricing for 1 passenger in a private car is reasonable. I recently used this company by random choice. Â I'm so glad I did. Â The service was impeccable. Â The chauffeur went out of his way to make sure the ride went well and asked if we needed anything from a convenience store before being dropped off at our hotel. Â We love that before we ever landed, we were provided the chauffeur's phone number. Â Although we didn't need it, it feels good to have it in case there are problems at the airport. I live in New York and travel every week for business. Because of safety concerns I use chauffeured cars everywhere but have yet to find a company that can live up to the high standards that Company Car and Limousine has set. Â The chauffeurs are VERY well trained, know a lot about their city and what is going on in town when asked and know when to keep it to themselves as well. I was referred to Company Car by a friend here in Chicago when I was in Cleveland for a trade show. Â My flight was 6 hours late and Daryl was right where he was supposed to be.
