Experience Audio came out to our house and they were very professional. Brian gave us a quote on all the AV requests we had throughout our house. We love our surround sound, our TV's and our outdoor speaker system. The installers were clean, knowledgeable and worked quick. I'm fortunately to find Experience Audio Video from Yorba Linda Buzz Facebook Group. The owner Brian visited me the same day after my post on the Buzz asking for help with my home theather. He emailed me the quotation as he promised. I received two quotations, Experience's quote was itemized so it was easy to understand, the labor was quoted hourly, so it's fair to both customer and service provider. Both companies were highly recommended by previous customers , but I have to choose one, I'm happy that I have chosen Experience. The technician Steve was knowledgeable and polite, he spent time fixing the wrongly installation previously AV guy did, he is really good at programming and coding the remote control. I didn't pay attention when my 15 years old home theater needed upgrade, the 1st company I chose didn't do the job right, fortunately, Experience Audio Video in Orange completed the job nicely.
