What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We perform tax and accounting services with QuickBooks Online and all the associated cloud applications needed by our clients like Bill.Com, TSheets and so forth. We run a paperless office. All documents are stored securely in the cloud. Paper documents are only used if needed. We perform our bookkeeping services depending on the frequency that you need for the books to be updated, weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. The typical frequency is monthly.

2) Online banking to sync the system bank balance to actual bank balance.
3) Accounts Payable – Coding, posting, bill-pay with approval workflow, reconciling, reporting, 1099's.
4) Accounts Receivable – Coding, posting of sales receipts, invoicing, customer statements, reconciling, reporting.
5) Payroll – Processing and entering payroll from third-party applications.
