If you are looking for the best cleaning service in San Diego, you've found it. In the headaches of trying to move out of San Diego, get movers together, finalize the next place, we hadnt had a moment to clean. Our bathroom floor was a color I will only describe as "Unnatural". Comfort sent two helpers, Maria and Maxima who arrived on time and prepared and I was very honest "This apartment is disgusting" (2 people plus 1 dog) and all they said to me is "Thats what we are here for" I honestly did not think that bathroom was salvageable without major reconstruction but about 45 minutes into our 2 hours Ms Maxima showed me the floor to make sure I was ok with it, quite frankly it was nicer than when we moved in. After 2 hours, I would eat off any surface in that apartment, it was perfection. They stoled my husbands liquor bottles. I had this company clean my house to get it ready to celebrate my husbands birthday. I had just bought him 2 liquor bottles that he loves. They cost around $750. I put them in our liquor cabinet with the rest of the liquor to wrap them up after the cleaning people left. When they left, the 2 bottles were gone. They probably thought because we had a lot of different liquor bottles we weren't going to notice. But I had just purchased them to give them to my husband for his birthday. I tried calling the company number but I couldn't get a hold of anyone. They got me really mad, not only did they end up charging me a lot more for a mediocre job but they ruined my husbands birthday by stealing the bottles I had bought him to celebrate. More...

I was in a bind and called for a last minute cleaning. They were able to schedule me right away with my appointment less than 24 hrs later. Judy came and completely cleaned the place spotless, organized my closet, put away my clothes and even watered my plants! I was really grateful for the help and since I was a first time client they sent a manager over to inspect/ensure a quality clean, an added touch I really appreciated! I switched cleaning services due to timeliness and communication issues with my previous. I've used Comforts Cleaning for almost a year now and couldn't be happier! The cleaning itself is thorough and great. I even got a cute succulent welcome gift with my first cleaning! (It's still alive yay!)The one time when there was a miscommunication about scheduling, they gave me a discount no questions asked. Another time when something wasn't done quite the way I asked for, they offered to come back to fix it the next day. A business is only as good as how they handle things when things don't go quite as expected, and Comforts Cleaning has shown on multiple occasions that they have my back. Frankly speaking I don't use services about cleaning at all. Just once my friend and I had no choice but to contact "Comfort Cleaning Services" to get the things done about cleaning after party. It was my friend's birthday and we made a mess all around as there were too many people there. Unfortunately, they were unorganized and ended up being in my home for double the amount of time that they quoted me and they didn't even finish cleaning our 2nd bedroom. They supposedly had a supervisor there to verify work, but it didn't look like that happened at all. I am not typically one to write reviews, but I just wanted to express how happy I am with these guys. I have been using them for a little bit over two months and have never had any issues. For the first service, I requested a move in cleaning, because my family and I had just moved from Utah. The house that we purchased was given to us in not so great conditions. When the day of the service came, two young ladies came and got the job done in about 3-4 hours. The bathrooms were what I was most impressed with. Also, I ended up paying less than what I was actually quoted. On the first visit, I also got this little plant as a gift for being a new customer. From there on after, i opted for a standard cleaning every two weeks. Currently, the cleaner who is taking care of our cleanings is Margarita and we love her.They are also very flexible with rescheduling and understanding when it comes to rescheduling. Last month, my wife underwent surgery, and I had to cancel or move the cleanings very last minutes, and I had no problems with rescheduling. My housekeeper of many years recently retired. I had seen Comforts cleaning service closest in my neighborhood so gave them a try. Lilia and her team did a phenomenal job deep cleaning my house.  I requested a "move out" cleaning service because my home is a little over 3000 square feet which is way too much for me to clean at my level of cleanliness in such a short time frame.  My house is fairly clean but they did a great job deep cleaning my kitchen appliances (i.e. stove top, sink, oven, microwave, & refrigerator) and bathrooms.  I was very impressed with her high level of cleanliness.  She was able to clean all of the high ceiling cobwebs and scrub my bathtub floorings to look really bright white.  She vacuumed all my carpets and mopped my floors.  My house smelt and looked very clean after they were done.  If I were not moving out of the area, I would absolutely hire Lilia and her team (Clarissa & Margarita) for a continuous monthly cleaning. I hired Comfort Cleaners to clean my studio apartment for a move-out cleaning and they did a fantastic job! They worked with my schedule and were able to accommodate the date and time I needed the cleaning service to be performed.  While the apartment is small, it was quite dirty, as it's a first-floor apartment facing a very busy street. I also have a dog, so there was A LOT of dog hair. The two person team that showed up were professional (though I do with they had both been wearing masks when they met me at the apartment). The cleaning was thorough and exceeded my expectations. Of particular note was the great job they did cleaning the blinds (which were filthy).  After they left, I met with the apartment manager who was quiet impressed with how clean the apartment was and stated that I would be receiving my full deposit back.  I am grateful for the fantastic cleaning job that Comfort Cleaners provided.  I can highly recommend their service without hesitation! I just used Comforts Cleaning Services for the first time earlier today. I finally succumbed to the fact that I can't do it all. I'm currently WFH, have children and a busy schedule. On top of that, I cook all of the time and have a very furry cat and dog. I felt like all I did was clean and my house never seemed as clean as I'd like it. I reached out Wednesday, they got back to me within 10 minutes. A very quick back and forth and I was booked for Thursday. 2 people came to do my initial cleaning. I work from home so I told them I'd just leave the front door unlocked. They came in and went right down to business. They didn't need any direction whatsoever. I'm SO impressed with the job they did. Here I am thinking my house was somewhat clean... I've never seen my stove as clean as it was, or my sink and I use barkeepers friend on it about twice a month too!! They cleaned the bathrooms as clean as they were  when I had moved in! Again, I work from home and they stayed quiet the entire time without me even asking them to. They were so polite and easy to talk to. I work today with this company they were on time and they make a wonderful job. I hired another company before and i was not pleased with their job, they didn' t performed deep cleaning as they claimed.  I was very fortunate to book the same day with Comfort Cleaning Services  they were available to reedo  the whole house again. It is always so nice to come home from work after Lilia has been there! The house smells so good and is always tip top! I have worked with Lilia for many years now and have not been disappointed. We have two golden retrievers and deal with an enormous amount of dog hair. Despite this, Lilia does a great job keeping my home looking its best, even with the added challenge. I will start off that as a homeowner I keep a clean home but don't have the time to give my home the attention it deserves. For the first year I lived in the San Diego area I had great difficulty in finding a dedicated housekeeper. I was disappointed with many other services with their subpar work ethic and how they would constantly cut corners. I thought I would never find a high quality housekeeper, until I found Lilia Mendez. I have been working with Lilia for three years now. She is far and away the most professional and courteous housekeeper I have ever welcomed into my home. She is incredibly diligent in her work and never refuses a request or task. My elderly grandma (she just turned 91) lives with me. Lilia always goes out of her way to say hello and takes extra care with cleaning and organizing my grandma's room to make her as comfortable as possible. The best thing about Lilia is that as soon as she arrives she gets to work and does not stop until the job is done. She never complains and the quality of her work has never diminished; in fact, through the years she has continuously worked to improve and make sure she always does the best job possible. Even in the rare times I had to cancel on short notice, Lilia was accommodating and responsive.
